Dear Patients of Dr. Luc,

I am excited and honored to have the opportunity to continue your care after Dr. Luc's retirement on June 5th, 2009. Dr. Luc will be available to me for any questions I may have about you to assure a smooth transition. Please see his letter to you below.

After spending several weeks in June 2009 at Dr. Luc's Pacific Palisades office and meeting many of you in person, I am back in my Brookline, MA office as of July 1st, 2009 and can be reached at 617-731-1400. You can also email me at farahgron@yahoo.com. New or follow-up appointments can be held in my office or via the internet by using web cameras. Please refer to the Webcam Appointments section of the website for easy instructions. Existing patients can make follow up appointments with Farah as they would with Dr. Luc. There is no need to have new initial intake appointments.

I look forward to working with you,

Farah

To My Dear Patients,

My date of retirement will be Friday, June 5, 2009. For this event I have always had my heir apparent in mind and have trained her for a long time. Farah Gron, C.Hom, FHom, has studied with me for the last 12 years and has proven to me not only to be the brightest among all of my students, but also the person who values compassion and love for humanity as much as I do. I will work with Farah during the transition to make sure she is well acquainted with your case and that the continuity of your care will be conducted as smoothly as possible. Farah will be several weeks with me in the office where she might meet some of you. Farah's practice is based in Brookline, MA and her email address is farahgron@yahoo.com and she can also be reached at 617-731-1400. For those of you that will be unable to travel to Massachusetts, Farah will work with you via the internet using a web camera to provide a face to face experience.

Farah has my full confidence and I know you will be very well cared for by her.

Your files will be sent to her office unless you want me to send them to a homeopath of your choice. If you choose your own homeopath, please remember your records can be released upon request in writing in a timely manner only to your homeopath of choice, but not to you. To make this happen, your homeopath must write a letter stating that you give permission to me to send a copy of your records. His or her signature, along with your signature must be on this letter. Underneath each signature, your names must be typed out in full. This letter must also have a letterhead stating the name of the practice, the practitioner's name, address, phone number & e-address.

I will be at your service everyday till my last office day. I will miss you all but will continue to work on spreading the word of homeopathy.

Dr. Luc
